When reporting a problem, it helps to include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened
- What you expected to happen
- Your device type
- A screenshot, if applicable
Please do not email your password or other sensitive account credentials.
Login & Account Help
If you’re having trouble signing in:
- Confirm that you’re using the email address associated with your PHATBOT account.
- Use Forgot Password on the PHATBOT login screen if you need to reset your password.
- Check your email for any required confirmation or password-reset message.
- If you’re still unable to access your account, email hello@phatbotfit.com.
Apple Health
PHATBOT can optionally connect with Apple Health to incorporate supported activity and fitness information into your training experience.
Apple Health access is optional. You can use PHATBOT’s core workout tracking features without connecting Apple Health.
You control which Apple Health information PHATBOT can access. Permissions can be changed or revoked through Apple Health or your iPhone settings.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your PHATBOT account from within the application.
Open PHATBOT, navigate to your account settings, and select Delete Account.
PHATBOT will explain what will be deleted and ask you to confirm before permanently deleting your account.
If you cannot access your account or encounter a problem deleting it, email hello@phatbotfit.com.
Public Early Access
PHATBOT is currently being offered as Free Public Early Access.
No credit card required. No trial countdown. No automatic paid conversion.
Early Access gives us an opportunity to improve PHATBOT with feedback from athletes using it in real training environments.
Features may be added, changed, or refined as PHATBOT develops.
