PHATBOT is a strength and fitness application designed to help athletes record workouts, understand their training performance, track progress, and make more informed training decisions.
This Privacy Policy explains what information PHATBOT collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
PHATBOT is operated by Next Level Digital Media & Marketing (“PHATBOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create a PHATBOT account, we may collect information such as your email address, account identifier, profile information, and preferences necessary to create and maintain your account.
Workout and Fitness Information
PHATBOT stores information that you choose to enter while using the app. This may include workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight or resistance, workout notes, completed workouts, training history, personal records, performance trends, and other fitness-related information.
We use this information to provide PHATBOT’s workout tracking, progressive overload analysis, performance reports, progress history, and related fitness features.
Apple Health and Apple Watch Information
PHATBOT may optionally request permission to read certain fitness and activity information available through Apple Health and HealthKit, including supported information originating from Apple Watch.
PHATBOT uses authorized Apple Health information to provide fitness-related features such as activity, recovery, cardio, and training insights alongside your PHATBOT workout performance.
Access to Apple Health is optional. You can use PHATBOT’s core workout tracking features without connecting Apple Health.
PHATBOT only accesses HealthKit information for which you grant permission. Apple provides users with control over individual HealthKit permissions, and those permissions can be changed or revoked through Apple Health or iOS settings.
PHATBOT does not use information obtained through HealthKit for advertising, marketing, or advertising-related profiling.
PHATBOT does not sell HealthKit information to advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers.
PHATBOT does not currently write new health information to Apple Health.
Product Analytics
PHATBOT collects limited first-party product analytics to understand whether the application is functioning effectively and whether users are successfully using its core features.
For example, PHATBOT may record events indicating that an account registration was completed, a first workout was created, a workout was started or completed, or a workout report was viewed.
These analytics help us understand product adoption, engagement, retention, reliability, and areas where PHATBOT can be improved.
PHATBOT’s product analytics are designed to avoid including the contents of individual workout sets or Apple Health measurements in analytics event payloads.
We do not use HealthKit information for advertising analytics.
How We Use Information
We may use information collected through PHATBOT to:
- Provide and operate PHATBOT.
- Authenticate and maintain user accounts.
- Save workouts and training history.
- Calculate progressive overload and performance results.
- Identify personal records and training trends.
- Generate workout and progress reports.
- Provide fitness and training insights.
- Improve PHATBOT’s functionality, usability, and reliability.
- Diagnose technical problems.
- Provide customer support.
- Protect PHATBOT and its users against misuse, fraud, or security threats.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service Providers
PHATBOT uses third-party technology providers to operate portions of the service.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to PHATBOT and are expected to protect information consistent with applicable privacy and security requirements.
PHATBOT currently uses services including Supabase for application infrastructure, authentication, and database functionality, and Vercel for application hosting and delivery.
Apple Health and HealthKit information is subject to Apple’s HealthKit privacy requirements in addition to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information to advertising platforms or data brokers.
Data Retention
We retain account and PHATBOT training information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security and integrity of PHATBOT.
When an account is deleted, PHATBOT will delete or de-identify associated user data as appropriate, except where information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
Account and Data Deletion
PHATBOT users can initiate permanent account deletion from within the application.
Account deletion permanently removes the PHATBOT account and associated application data according to PHATBOT’s deletion procedures.

Your Choices and Permissions
You can choose what information you enter into PHATBOT.
Apple Health access is optional. HealthKit permissions can be reviewed or revoked through Apple’s Health app or iOS settings.
You may also permanently delete your PHATBOT account using the account deletion feature available within the application.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, but protecting athlete information is an important part of PHATBOT’s development and operation.
Children’s Privacy
PHATBOT is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances requiring parental consent without the appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete that information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
PHATBOT may update this Privacy Policy as the application develops.
When material changes are made, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
